The AEROVOYCE customer APP is the native app which the AEROVOYCE customer can download form the App store on the handset. This app will lets the AEROVOYCE customer to manage there accounts.
The AEROVOYCE customer APP can be downloaded in app store : Google play store and iOS App store which supports all device of AOS and iOS.
You need to enter the AEROVOYCE 10 digit mobile number to receive the OTP. Enter the OTP Which is received to your mobile number, then you will be redirected to Home page of the APP.
Click “ Add account “ on the menu, For other AEROVOYCE number, enter the AEROVOYCE 10 digit mobile number to receive the OTP and Enter the OTP Which is received to your mobile number. Your other services mobile will be added automatically.

You can recharge the AEROVOYCE prepaid number by tapping the ‘top up’ on the home screen the choose the plans, click the mode of payment and recharge.
Click the My account on the menu, Tap the AEROVOYCE account number to recharge, then tap the ‘top up’ on the My account screen the choose the plans, click the mode of payment and recharge.
Select the prepaid number and click the ‘top up’ on the home screen, In best plans all packs will be available.
“My Account” lists all the accounts linked/added to your account.
Special offers are customized offers for you, on the basis of usage data, talk-time etc..
Yes. To buy a data pack, click on the AEROVOYCE prepaid number on the home screen click on the “BUY PACK ”. Choose the mode of payments like Net-banking, Credit/Debit card, AdPay wallet/ other wallet and Scratch cards.
For your AEROVOYCE number, Click on the home screen click on the “BUY PACK ” to get your data balance usage, balance limit and activate date with expiry date.
You can view the last 20 transaction which have been done using AEROVOYCE customer App. Click “Transaction history” in the menu.
You can recharge the account by Netbanking, Credit/Debit card, AdPay wallet/ other wallet and Scratch cards.
Yes, Its absolutely safe and secure to store your card details on app.
Card details can be stored for faster check out for future transactions.
When you raise a request on app, it gets logged as an email request to us. We will communicate with you on the same via mobile number to close your request.
Tap the manage account on the home screen and click “Pay now” to pay your bill.
Yes, to add other AEROVOYCE postpaid number on app go the “add account”, enter the AEROVOYCE 10 digit mobile number to receive the OTP. Enter the OTP Which is received to your mobile number. The number will get added on “My Account ” in the menu. Now you can pay the bill by clicking the number.
Currently bill details will be available in “Manage accounts”
Yes, click on “manage account” in home screen and close the plans to upgrade/change the plan
We will send you notifications on low data balance, expiry, bill generation, due dates, specials offers etc.
You can switch off the notification from app menu -> settings -> You can switch off notifications. For added accounts, My account in menu -> select the account -> Tap notification-> You can switch off notifications.
